Okay i only made this account because alot of people seem to be having problems with kotor 2. I have tried reinstalling it, checking the ini files, and reverifying the cache files.
No sound So I have recently come into this issue with the game having no sound. I have tried alot of quick fixes and even some more advanced fixes and nothing seems to work. As soon i start them up i found to my dismay that there was absolutely no sound in the games what so ever. I need a some help i recently purchased mass effect 2 and 3. I'm on windows 10, but my sound drivers are.
I've tried 'CTRL + S' but it hasn't done anything. At first it just cut out, so I restarted the game and that seemed to fix it but it cut out again a few minutes later. For example when I gave the rancor the scent and grenade, there was no explosion sound and no screaming death sound from the monster.
Half the time when I'm fighting there are no sound effects. Maybe it's because of the emulation on the 360, but this game seems to have serious sound issues. I'm wondering if there is a fix to this (vanilla-wise, I don't want to get any modifications for sake of my. I then have to hope to have saved recently or save then, quit the game entirely and reboot it. After I play Knights of the Old Republic II for a while, and I experience a cutscene or dialogue, it just starts skipping, or fast-fowarding almost, as if I'm spam-clicking on my mouse.
